Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee will make your decision to work with us a no-brainer.

You are eligible for a partial refund only if all the points are fulfilled:

  1. You have had no more than 2 jobs completed by our team

  2. The service is not what you expected after working with us

  3. You ask for a refund within the first 14 days of your plan

Example: If you are subscribed to one of our subscription plans, and you had 2 projects completed, your refund will be your total paid amount minus the cost of the two projects rated at $89/project.

You are eligible for a full refund only if all the points are fulfilled:

  1. You have no projects marked as ‘Completed’ on your account

  2. The service is not what you expected after working with us

  3. You ask for a refund within the first 14 days of your plan

  • No partial/full refunds can be issued for cancellations submitted after the first 14 subscription days.

Please note, in some cases, transaction fees might be included.
