You have had no more than 2 jobs completed by our team
The service is not what you expected after working with us
You ask for a refund within the first 14 days of your plan
Example: If you are subscribed to one of our subscription plans, and you had 2 projects completed, your refund will be your total paid amount minus the cost of the two projects rated at $89/project.
You are eligible for a full refund only if all the points are fulfilled:
You have no projects marked as ‘Completed’ on your account
The service is not what you expected after working with us
You ask for a refund within the first 14 days of your plan
No partial/full refunds can be issued for cancellations submitted after the first 14 subscription days.
