Example: If you are subscribed to our $299/month plan, and you had 2 tasks completed, your refund will be at the single task rate of $99. 

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You have no tasks marked as ‘Completed’ on your account
  2. The service is not what you expected after working with us
  3. You ask for a refund within the first 14 days of your plan
  • No partial/full refunds can be issues for cancellations submitted after the first 14 subscription days.
