What is your Refund Policy?
We offer our services in three ways:
- Single tasks for $99 each (turnaround time is 2 business days per task)
Task bundles (3x, 5x, or 10x) (turnaround time is 2 business days per task)
Please note that we don't offer bundles from October 2018.
- ELITE monthly Plans (Turnaround time is 1 business day per task)
We always suggest our customer purchase a single task to assess it within our 1-hour task limit. If after evaluation it turns out that the task is too long and falls outside of our scope, we can offer alternate solutions.
We encourage our customers to keep the tweak as a credit which they can use for other small tasks that we cover. We can process a refund upon request on the same scenario. Please note, that for single task purchases, your credit remains valid for a period of 60 days starting the day of your purchase. Past this timeframe, your purchase becomes non-refundable.
When it comes to the task bundles, as the bundle packages are non-refundable by the nature of the offer, should you have a task that can't be completed under our service, what we can offer in this case, is to return task credit to your account and you can use it for any other small job you might may have.
Otherwise, if you haven't used any of task credits from your task bundle, we can offer you a partial refund for 50% of the task bundle price (taxes included).
For the customers subscribed to one of our ELITE plans, if you're under our guarantee - you are within the first 14 days of your subscription and we haven't completed more than 2 small tasks on your store, we'll definitely offer a full refund or partial refund if applicable. **If something goes wrong after we have started or finished the task, we are all about being fair so please reach out to us. There are on-boarding costs for us (our time), so we just ask for you to be fair with us as we try to work out a solution. We think there is nothing that good communication can't fix.
