All you need to do if you are on our PRO subscription in order to request cancellation, is to follow a few quick steps.

1. Click on the profile menu on your Carson Dashboard account.

2. Click on Manage Existing Stores, under the Store Management section.

3. Select the "Suspend subscription" option.

4. Then, click on the little box in the lower right hand corner of the popup that says "I prefer to cancel my subscription instead" instead of clicking on "Proceed".

Only after you click on "I prefer to cancel my subscription instead" you should click on "Proceed", otherwise, you will activate the PRO Dormant plan.

5. You will need to choose an appropriate reason from a dropdown after you click on "I prefer to cancel my subscription instead", as you can see here:

A team will get back to you shortly to confirm the cancellation.

For the ELITE plan, the only way you can request cancellation at the moment is by contacting us directly, via email at [email protected] or via the chat option in the bottom right corner of our website, which you can also do for the PRO subscription as well.

You also have the option to pause your subscription by activating the PRO Dormant plan.
