When you successfully process a payment, a confirmation is automatically generated and will be sent to your email address. If for any reason you haven't received a confirmation, you can check your junk/trash folder as it may be classified as SPAM.
If you are unable to see the confirmation anywhere, you can try checking your alternative email address. You might have used another email address.
If you're unsure that the payment went through, you can utilize your Online bank statement (if available) to see if you've been charged. Please do note that updating Online Banking transactions may not be real time and may not reflect immediately.
