Working with the same developer
Our helpdesk operates in a rotation, and we handle tasks in the order of priority it has been received in our queue. Our system automatically assigns a task to the first available developer. When your task reaches the top queue, it gets assigned to the available developer during that time.
However, we have started offering the option of having a dedicated developer for your store, where you can get to work with the developer of your choice for $125 per hour.

Working with another developer
You can rest assured that if you run into any miscommunication with a developer, we’ll be there to assist you. It’s best that the same developer works on one task from the beginning until the end, so that there are no disruptions and unnecessary delays.
