This is to ensure we get to handle each task in the order of priority it has been received in our development queue.
If you have purchased and submitted a task with FLEX credits, the turnaround time is two business days. This means that you can expect to hear back from a developer by the end of the second business day at the latest.
If you have submitted a task under a subscription plan, the turnaround time is the next business day. This means that you can expect to hear back from a developer by the end of the next business day at the latest.
