We do not offer phone support. At this moment, we only offer email and chat support, in order to keep our service costs at a competitive level, however, we go out of our way to provide excellent email/chat support, and we would be glad to assist you if you could include a detailed description of your request.
As much as it seems faster to discuss the task over the phone, it is not, especially at the pre-sales stage where developers are not yet involved. Communication with developers is possible only after you purchase and submit the task, and you will be communicating with them via messages within the task workroom.
However, we do offer pre-sale video demo calls where we would walk you through the service, pricing, and process of task submission.
