All tasks and inquiries submitted for a single store will be combined into a single request. Depending on the scope of the inquiry and the task, the developer who receives your request may ask you to resubmit your inquiry only after the development of your task is completed.

If you have received a response to your initial task submission, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a second response for your new inquiry until the development of your initial task is completed.

If the inquiry is important and may even replace your current task, please let us know in the inquiry e-mail that you would like to place the current task on hold in order to have this inquiry responded to as soon as possible.
