When you create a HeyCarson Dashboard account, you will be able to create a draft project, even before purchasing the project and submitting it to the development/design queue. You will also have the option to create a draft after purchasing a project, and then easily submit it from the Queue section to our developers.

Our system allows having only one active project per store at the time, so when you mark one project as completed, you will be able to submit the next project, or choose one of the draft projects and submit it easily.

You can create a draft by clicking on the Start a project button at top of the page, or if you don't have any active projects, by clicking Submit a new project.

Alternatively, you can click on the + sign button next to My Projects on the left-hand-side menu.

This will open a form, and once you put all the details and descriptions needed for a project, you can click on Submit button.

Please note that this will not submit the project as an active project to the development queue when you already have an active project, or if you still haven't made a purchase. It will be submitted as a draft project to the Queued section, so you can submit it later once you complete a currently active project, or purchase the project.

If you would like to edit the details in a drafted project or delete it, you can do it by opening a project by clicking on the project name. This will open the Edit project details form, where you will be able to edit it and click on Save changes, or Delete project.

Please note that saving it would not submit it to the development queue as an active project. If you don't have an active project at the moment, and you would like to submit a drafted project, you will be able to do so by clicking on the Submit button, next to the project name and status. In order for the project to be active, a purchase must be made beforehand. Please check out our pricing options here.

If you would like to find a project by filtering them, please check an article on the link here for more details on how you can filter projects.
