Support Packs
10 hours of development work with standard turnaround time ($79/h)
10 hours of development work with priority turnaround time ($110/h)
25 hours of development and design work with standard turnaround time ($75/h)
25 hours of development and design work with priority turnaround time ($100/h)
Support packs give you the opportunity to work with one dedicated developer, with constant support to your store and faster turnaround times.
The priority turnaround time offers a response from the dedicated developer on the same or the next business day, while with the standard option, it's between 1 and 3 business days.
The 10-hour support pack offers development work and supports one store only, while the 25-hour support pack offers support for multiple stores for both design and development work. These hours do not expire and can be used at your own pace.

Pay Per Project
Pay-per-project option starts with a free assessment done by our team. Here we would discuss all the details and pre-determine what the project scope would be as well as answer any questions you may have about the result of the project. Once all the details are confirmed, we will present you with a quote and the time needed to complete the project. The minimum project size we offer is 2 hours.
We offer two turnaround options:
standard turnaround time ($85/h)
express turnaround time ($125/h)
Example of a quote: We'd be happy to assist you in 2 hours of work with 3 business days standard turnaround time, or 1 business day express turnaround time.
