If you have sent the initial project request through the website form, you will see a drafted project on your HeyCarson Dashboard account. You will be able to submit the project after the purchase simply by clicking on the Submit button. Please find more details in the article on the link below.
Otherwise, if you would like to create a new project on your account and submit it to developers, you will be able to click on the Create a New Project button. You can find more details about this in the article below.

Once you submit the project, you will hear back from a developer on the due date stated on the project, depending on the pricing option that you have purchased.
After each work, our developer will provide you with the name and details of where the implementation was made including a preview of the unpublished theme. Please keep in mind that the theme needs to be published so you could see the changes live in your store. You can reply to the developer that you would like them to publish the theme and wait for their confirmation before completing the project, or you can reach out to the customer success team via live chat to assist you with this. After the theme is published you can mark the project as completed. In the article below you will find important details about completing a project.
