Do you work weekends?
We are closed over the weekend, however, our Customer Success team is available on duty for a limited amount of time, watching over any urgent requests that may come up, making sure it’s done first thing Monday.
We are closed over the weekend, and our official working hours are from 2 AM until 5.30 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Development and Design teams are closed over the weekend, while our Customer Success team is available for a limited amount of time during this time to support and prioritize urgent requests for Monday.
