Can I change my request after submitting it to the developmental queue?
Depending on the stage we are at, we may be able to do that for you. If we have not started working on your task yet, or we are still evaluating it, you can definitely change it up with a new one.
If we're already working on the task, or if the task has been completed, we may not be able to accommodate this for the same credit.
Can I make changes to my store after submitting a task?
We ask that you do not make any changes to your Customize panel or Theme files (Edit HTML/CSS section) after submitting a task and up until it has been confirmed completed and closed. This can cause delays in your request, additional development fees or even loss of data.
Any work that is lost due to simultaneous development is no longer guaranteed under our service agreement and, if it requires fixing, will need to be submitted and evaluated as a regular small task.
