To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

  • Make sure your payment is made no more than 30 days ago

  • Make sure you have unused hours

20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable for the assessment and transaction fees.

If a developer hasn't started working on your request, you are eligible for a partial refund where 20% of the total payment amount paid is non-refundable for the assessment and transaction fees.

If a developer started working on your store and you're not satisfied with a result delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund of the remaining hours where 20% of the total payment amount is non-refundable for the assessment and transaction fees.

You are not eligible for a refund after the project has been marked Completed on your account.
