Failed Payment

When you are making a purchase from our website, the transaction goes through the Stripe gateway. HeyCarson headquarters are based in Canada, so our Stripe account sometimes blocks the payment from non-Canadian cards. This can be simply resolved by contacting your bank and asking them to authorize the transaction for HeyCarson's payment.
