No partial refunds can be issued for cancellations submitted after the first 14 subscription days.
If a developer hasn't started working on your request, you are eligible for a partial refund, where 20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable for covering assessment and transaction fees.
If a developer started working on your store and you're not satisfied with the result delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund of the remaining hours, where 20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable for covering assessment and transaction fees.
