Refund for project credits

For FLEX single project credit purchases (rated at $89 per project), a 100% money guarantee applies. Check it out below 👇!

Please note, that for FLEX credit purchases, your credit remains refundable for a period of 30 days starting the day of your purchase. Past this timeframe, your purchase becomes non-refundable.

Refund for subscriptions

For customers subscribed to one of our plans, you're under our guarantee -  if you are within the first 14 days of your subscription and we haven't completed more than 2 small projects on your store, we'll definitely offer a full refund or partial refund if applicable. Refund for custom quotes (Pay per project)

If we have provided you with a custom quote for your request, we can offer a full or partial refund, however, if the project is completed according to your instructions, you are not eligible for a refund. Please check our Custom quote Refund policy on the link below.

Refund for support packs

If you purchased a support pack no more than 30 days ago and have unused hours, we can offer a partial refund if the developer hasn't started working on your request. If a developer started working on your store and you're not satisfied with the result delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund of the remaining hours. You are not eligible for a refund after the project has been marked Completed on your account.

20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable for the assessment and transaction fees.

If something goes wrong after we have started or finished the project, we are all about being fair so please reach out to us. There are onboarding costs for us (our time), so we just ask for you to be fair with us as well, as we try to work out a solution. We think there is nothing that good communication can't fix!
