As much as we are committed to helping you with your projects, sometimes it is difficult to evaluate the complexity of certain jobs, without access to the store, and without an in-depth look at the code. Developers are able to give you the final assessment once the project is submitted and they've taken a look at your theme files.

Due to unforeseen complications or other factors that we could not anticipate before your purchase, we may not be able to cover your project.

If this happens, we can offer alternative solutions, and you can use the credit for the project you purchased to get help with another project you may need, or we can refund the purchase. You can check our Refund Policy in the article below.
