If your project has not been completed yet, rest assured that it will be completed by the due date you can simply check 2 things:

1. Log into your HeyCarson Dashboard account and make sure your project has been submitted to the queue.

2. Check the status of your project, if it is 'Awaiting developer', you will receive your first delivery by the due date. If the status is 'Pending response' please reply to the developer on the project directly in order for your project to be put back into progress. If your project status is 'Completed' please reach out directly to us over chat or email [email protected].

If everything seems in order, you can expect your first delivery by the end of the day of the due date!
