Visual aids are very helpful to describe your request to us properly. For larger, more complicated requests, we will probably ask you for a mockup, to ensure we completely understand what you need to do before providing an estimate.
If you never made a mockup before, rest assured that this is not as hard as it may seem at first.
Here are some of our suggestions for taking screenshots or screen videos that may help you describe the end result of your project request:
Lightshot - intuitive and quite easy to use for screenshots, please take a look at their tutorials here. The screenshots can be edited to add arrows which can point which section should go where, or to write in a text to explain what exactly you have in mind.
Gyazo - nice and simple way for creating the screenshots and sharing the links, without having to save and then upload the image from your device. Advise their tutorials here for better understanding of this awesome tool.
