We offer excellent email support, and we're very open to your feedback. If you need to get in touch with your theme developer, or another 3rd party, we encourage you to do that, and relay their observations to us.

However, due to the nature of our service, and our commitment to fast delivery times, we can only keep in touch with the person who submits the project.
