We do not offer phone support. Our team is focused on the quick turnaround of small tweaks that should easily be describable in a short email. The task must be estimated to be under 1 hour, which includes the time to assess the task, back and forth communication and revisions.
As much as it seems faster to discuss the task over the phone, it is not, especially at the pre-sales stage where developers are not yet involved.
However we do offer pre-sale video demo calls where we would walk you through the service, pricing and process of task submission.
