The turnaround time for a task can be two business days or next business day, depending on the purchase you made. For a single small task purchase, or any of the FLEX bundle credits, turnaround time is two business days per task, and when you are subscribed to the PRO or ELITE plan, turnaround time per task is next business day.
2 business days:
- 1 FLEX credit (single small task)
- FLEX credits bundle (3, 5, or 10 task credits).
Next business day:
- PRO plan
- ELITE plan.
We also offer options for urgent single small tasks:
- Next business day (for a single small task at $150)
- Same business day (for a single small task at $200, if submitted before 12 PM ET).

Since our official business hours are from 2 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, your task turnaround time will be counted accordingly. To put this into perspective, if you submit your task on Monday, between the hours of 2 AM and 5:30 PM EST, your task will be counted as submitted on Monday. If you submit it after 5:30 PM EST, that task is counted as submitted on Tuesday.
Please note, turnaround time represents a day when you can expect to hear from a developer within the task, with the first task delivery. However, when you ask for some additional adjustments in the task, or have any questions, it is considered to be a revision and therefore it may take an additional 12 business hours for the adjustments to be applied. This may extend the task completion, however, please rest assured that all revisions are a priority and handled within 12 business hours.
