Upgrading to a different plan is only possible for the ELITE subscription. If you would like to upgrade from Elite Monthly plan to Elite Annual plan, we have implemented a new feature, which is the Upgrade Button and you can do it yourself at your convenience. The system will automatically calculate the cost and sign you up for the plan.
You can find the Upgrade Button on the left side menu of your CarsonDash account.
An upgrade from a single task credit to one of the subscription plans is not possible in our system.
Downgrading from the ELITE plan to the PRO plan is also not possible. This is because the two plans are based on a completely different system. The PRO plan is based on the task credits, which means that you get a pre-determined number of tasks a month for the amount you pay. Currently, this is 5 task credits.
The ELITE plan does not have this limit. It is not based on task credits at all, rather, you get an unlimited amount of tasks, and we estimate this to be around 6-8 tasks a month.
Due to the basic differences between these two plans, we can only offer that you cancel the ELITE plan and then re-subscribe for the PRO plan. For the same reasons, downgrading your subscription to a FLEX task credit bundle is not possible.
