When you create a CarsonDash account, you will be able to create a draft task, even before purchasing the task and submitting it to the development/design queue. You will also have the option to create a draft after purchasing a single task, and then easily submit it from the Queue section to our developers.
If you are subscribed to one of our Elite plans, then you also have the option to prepare tasks in advance, by creating up to 10 drafts. Our system allows having only one active task per store at the time, so when you mark one task as completed, you will be able to submit the next task, or choose one of the draft tasks and submit it easily.
You can create a draft it by clicking on Submit a new task button on top of the page.
Alternatively, you can click on + sign button next to Queue, in the Active tasks section.
This will open a form, and once you put all the details and description needed for a task, you can click on Submit button.
Please note that this will not submit the task as the active task to the development queue when you already have an active task, or if you still haven't made a purchase. It will be submitted as a draft task to the Queue section, so you can submit it later once you complete a currently active task, or purchase the task.
If you would like to edit the details in a drafted task, or to delete it, you can do it by opening a task by clicking on the task name. This will open the Edit Task form, where you will be able to edit it and click on Save changes, or Delete task.
Please note that saving it would not submit it to the development queue as an active task. If you don't have an active task at the moment, and you would like to submit a drafted task, you will be able to do so by clicking on the Submit button, next to the task name and status.
