  • Provide feedback to your developer during the development process.

You are eligible for a full refund only if the developer hasn't started working on your request.

You are eligible for a partial refund if a developer started the work, however, it hasn't been completed.

You are not eligible for a full/partial refund after the task has been marked Completed on your account.
