When you submit a task request through the website form 2 things happen:

  1. An account is automatically created on CarsonDash platform, along with a draft task that contains details of your form submission.

  2. An email copy of your form submission is sent to Carson's customer success inbox.

The customer success team will assist you with pre-assessing your requests by getting back to you via email. Note that developers always give the final assessment once you purchase and submit the task to the development queue.

We would let you know if your task seems doable within our service and suggest the pricing option. After the purchase, you will be able to submit the task to the development queue, it would already be drafted on your Carson Dashboard account.
