If you have sent the initial task request through the website form, you will see a drafted task on your Carson Dashboard account. You will be able to submit the task simply by clicking on the Submit button. Please find more details in the article on the link below.
Otherwise, if you would like to create a new task on your account and submit it to developers, you will be able to click on the Create a New Task button. You can find more details about this in the article below.

Once you submit the task, you will hear back from a developer on the due date stated on the task, depending on the plan option that you have purchased.
After each work, our developer will provide you the name and details of where the implementation was made including a preview of the unpublished theme. Please keep in mind that the theme needs to be published so you could see the changes live in your store. You can reply to the developer that you would like them to publish the theme and wait for their confirmation before completing the task, or you can reach out to the CS team via live chat to assist you with this. After the theme is published you can mark the task as completed. In the article below you will find important details about completing a task.
